A second unit added to the property of one of the historic houses in the Historic District.  Although a second unit is limited by local code to under 500 sf, the Owner wanted a one-bedroom unit rather than a studio-type apartment. The Owner requested the design match the California Bungalow style of his historic residence. This project was awarded Best Historic Preservation Project in Old Towne Orange.
